My Care is a platform for doctors to run their practice, whether virtual, in-person, or both, without giving up control. You are not employed by My Care. You simply use the platform to organise your bookings, reach new patients, and deliver care on your own terms. We handle the infrastructure. You focus on medicine.

My Care does not set your hours, your prices, or the type of care you provide. You do. The only thing we ask is that fees are benchmarked to standard market rates. Beyond that, what you charge is yours.

What you get

• Free platform access: There are no monthly fees or setup costs. My Care adds a 20% markup on top of whatever you charge, paid by the patient, so your full fee comes directly to you.
• Full schedule control: Set the days, hours, and consultation types that suit your practice. Update your availability in real time and manage your diary without back-and-forth.
• Your own rates: You set what you charge for virtual and in-person sessions, guided by standard market rates. No one tells you what your time is worth.
• Patient discovery: Patients searching for a doctor find you through the My Care app. You grow your reach without any marketing spend or extra admin.
• Virtual and in-person, your choice: Offer video consultations, in-person appointments, or both. All managed in one place, on one platform.

Most doctors spend more time on admin than they should. Scheduling, follow-ups, patient communication. It adds up. My Care brings those touchpoints into one place so your day flows better, your patients get a smoother experience, and you stay focused on what you trained for.

How the pricing works

You set your rate. My Care adds a 20% markup on top, paid by the patient at the time of booking. Your fee is paid out in full. There are no monthly subscriptions, no setup costs, and no minimum commitments. The platform is free to use; we only earn when you earn.
